I invite everyone to come in and see why shopping small, especially for vacuums and sewing machines, makes a world of difference. I know these products. I can show you all their features and uses. And I can maintain them for years to come. Stop wasting money on throw away machines. You can actually save money and get a better quality machine! Stop in to see me!

I was a loyal Village Vacuum Customer for many years. The last time I was in I asked where David Quinn was and I was told he retired and moved to Florida. Only to find out from my Father-in-laws neighbor that was not in fact the truth. Why lie to customers? The other thing that I find quite upsetting was to see the post from November that Village Vacuum is claiming to be the only certified sewing repair center in the area. Apparently, she doesn't realize that sewing enthusiasts like myself know that is not a fact and far from the truth. I messaged inquiring does she service and repair all brands like Pfaff, Bernina, Husquavarna and Janome and she says she does. Yet when I went I saw no certificate out in the open by each of those companies hanging on her wall. It appears she is not an Authorized Dealer by those brands that I can tell for sure and if I was new to sewing, I could easily void my warranty on my machines. This just is not good business practice and very unprofessional in my opinion when we have so many qualified certified and authorized service centers in our area. Certification by each individual company is necessary to keep our warranties from being voided. Apparently she doesn't realize that sewing enthusiasts will drive farther where they know the service center is reliable, honest and dependable. Embroidery machines are a huge financial investment and I don't trust anyone that is not authorized by the manufacturer. I feel I have to share this to protect consumers in our area. I can no longer support this business as I only support honest business people. .
