Jessica Gallen is everything you want in nurse that administers Botox and filler (and more but that’s all I’ve done). She is kind, brilliant, patient, gentle and advocates for natural. She enhances my “me-ness” without making me a plastic version of myself from 5 years ago. Plus, I could sit and talk to her forever. Additionally, the girls in the front office are lovely and helpful every time.

If I could give more stars, I WOULD! I visited the center city Philadelphia location. The staff was friendly, but most importantly safe and prepared for the Covid19 dynamic. They made me feel very safe and comfortable. In terms of my procedure, I saw Ledia for a BBL laser. My post summer skin was damaged from the sun. Ledia knew that this laser was exactly what I needed. Wow, she was beyond correct. Ten days later, my skin is clear, glowing and more youthful. Everywhere I went people complimented my skin. It was instant. I have so much more confidence and wear nearly no makeup! I will be back again and again. I am SO SO SO SO SO SATISFIED!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Cross' for about a year--he performed my surgery in January '20 (lipo & thigh sculpting) & I couldn't be happier with the experience & results. He & his staff were second-to-none (and I did a ton of research). Post-surgery, I had a few SkinTyte procedures with Joanna to enhance my results--she was so fantastic. Thorough, pleasant, experienced...all the things you want. Then I wanted to explore facial treatments/fillers & went to Jennifer Perry. From the second I walked in, she made me feel right at ease (not even fully knowing what I wanted--I just knew I wanted to look refreshed, yet natural). She was so kind, patient & knowledgeable, spending time explaining options & giving her perspective on each one. We decided on a variety of treatments, including Dysport on the forehead, and cheek & lip fillers. It's a week later & I couldn't be happier with the results so far. I've honestly never felt (or looked) better & couldn't recommend her more highly. Cross Medical Group already had a client for life...and now Jennifer does, too!
