I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Villas of Kingwood! I have lived here for over 6 months now ( I originally moved here temporary but decided on staying) and I love living here. Samantha has been nothing but helpful and professional with any concern I have. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Easy access to 59. Only 20-25 to downtown. Grocery stores are nearby and lots of restaurants all around. I highly recommend living here!

HAVE TO GIVE CREDIT WHEN ITS DUE!! HONESTLY!! Its a automatic home setting feel here! This apt community is quiet, clean and friendly!! ***Samantha is the staff member I've encountered with the most!! She is prompt, professional with personality!! She ALWAYS responds back by phone or email in a timely manner! *Breanna is another staff member that I got a chance to meet. She is professiona/ nice as well. *Manager Cassi is awesome as well!! You usually can not get in touch with managers or they don't respond and leave it up to other staff, but Cassi reaches out to you. Very professional. *Maintenance is awesome! THEY WILL NOT LEAVE until they have completed the work orders!! So far everything is amazing!! Truly, I am very pleased to call this place home!!!

I love the apartment I moved into here. Great floor plan and everything was like new when I moved in. The staff is very helpful and friendly I never once had a bad experience when dealing with them. Cassi is the nicest most helpful person I’ve met. I unfortunately had to move out due to COVID layoffs otherwise I would have never moved out of this place.

Love love living here!!! This place was a huge blessing. I have lived here for two years. ABSOLUTELY the best floor plans in apartment living and exactly what I needed. I'll never live in another apartment complex. I've had a great experience living here! Feels more like a condo... not like an apartment. I thought I accidentally left the garage door open and the staff went and checked for me!! I love calling this community home!!!
