Maintenance always does a good job when called out there, the lady with the black hair has always been a sweetheart since we moved out here in February. I would like to thank you for every assistance we’ve ever needed. However, there is this new lady who is the meanest and rudest black lady I have ever met, she’s just rude for no reason.

Really appreciate the maintenance here. Those guys are sincere in doing a good job. Maintenance came to my daughters apartment while we were feeding her dog while she was out of town to fix a leak in the sink and while he was in there he went ahead and checked all the toilets, tub faucets and sinks. I thought it was very admirable to do that instead of just what he was requested to do. Way to go maintenance (I didn’t catch the guys name)

I have been living here for more than a year now. The staff is great but my neighbors not so much. The trash at the entrance of the community, bothers me terribly. And everything inside my apt, squiks. Stairs, doors, floor,etc...If next door it's taking a shower, we can hear
