Caitlin and Kerry are a dream to work with! I live a 5-hour drive from the Smyrna, GA property they manage - but I don''t have to worry about a thing. Very unprofessional. The day before the initial appointment Kerry e-mailed stating her child was sick, and that she could come out in a few days. Lady that is not how business works!!! The customers is not supposed to work around you schedule. Not to mention wanted you to sign a property management agreement before you even meet her. No Thanks
