Call to see if they had a part, drove a half an hour to get their to find know one had set the part aside the they could find or the person that had taken the call. They are now on bottom of the call list for parts.

Driving half way across the country, three hours from my destination, weird noises were coming from my car. I have my car serviced regularly, but something was clearly wrong. I was relieved to find O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. Mark did not disappoint! My desperate “yes, please, I hope you can help me.” response to his polite “How can I help you?” May have been too much for anyone else. He was incredibly patient as I blathered on about knowing nothing about my car but needing to get to my elderly and ailing father. Mark not only helped trouble shoot the odd noise, taught me a bit about my car while putting in FIVE quarts of oil, and gave me a delightful history lesson of Venita, OK. His burger recommendation was spot on too! Thank you!
