BOTH RECORDS I HAVE PURCHASED HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE! THEY WILL NOT REFUND. THIS IS HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS!! I was told I could return a record if damaged within the first 30 days, went in the next day, & was told I could not. I only paid more money here instead of Amazon because I wanted to support a business other than Amazon & had that reassurance that it was a refundable item if damaged. The manager was rude about it as well during the initial interaction. Sara was on register & was very kind about the whole situation; it was a great interaction with her. The manager apologized once the exchange had been processed. I also was not refunded the difference in the record prices for the exchange either - simply lost the money just to receive another defective product. Update: THE REPLACEMENT RECORD I GOT SKIPS TOO!! DON’T PURCHASE RECORDS FROM THEM! (I’ve never had issues with records purchased from anywhere else on this player - only the ones purchased from V Stock.)

I was shocked at how small it was. But the employee explained this is a normal size V-Stock. I like it. Plus it's closer to home.

Was under the impression that I was paying 750 for a PS5 bundle. At checkout they surprised me with the fact that it is 750 for just the PS5 and you have to ADDITIONALLY buy a new controller and 2 new PS5 games to qualify for purchasing the PS5. So 1050 total. And no returns! Unbelievable that a first party seller would behave like this.
