Lotz is absolutely the most caring, warm hearted place with staff that truly care for you and yours in your time of grief. Wayne helped in so many ways and we are so grateful and thankful. I will always recommend Lotz as the place to get your loved ones final needs properly taken care of.

Words can not express my gratitude to the staff at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton. Wayne and the staff helped us with everything you could imagine all the things broken hearted people can't think of for themselves. My father Vernon Alls was handle with the respect he deservered and the family is at peace that his service was exactly what he requested. The staff went above and beyond for our family . I can honesty if there is a perfect way to say goodbye they sure tried to give that to us.

Last week I found myself in a position I never thought I would be in. My mother in law was battling cancer and my father in law took a fall and broke his leg. While he was in the hospital recuperating from surgery she passed away. I have never been involved in planning a funeral before and had no idea where to start. Wayne Lovelace walked me through the process step by step with such patience and professionalism and I do not know how I would have made it through without him. Since I was back and forth at the hospital, Wayne was willing to work around my schedule and helped me plan a beautiful celebration to honor such a wonderful woman. He even got the paperwork that I needed to sign for the Cemetary so I could sign everything at once. The entire staff was so nice to work with and even provided blankets for the family the day of the funeral because it was so cold. I would highly recommend Lotz in Vinton. Wayne will guide you through the process that will fit your budget. I felt like I made a new friend.
