I am a property owner in a building where the association is under management with this firm. My unit had a fire in October 2020. According to the local fire marshal, the fire was a result of faulty wiring (association responsibility) located inside the walls. The fire in turn destroyed the sub flooring and left the unit below me with a clear view up to my unit, leaving my tenant homeless until repairs are complete. I've been ready to repair my unit for months. However, the management company has been silent on when the association repairs will occur, so that I may repair my unit. I can't repair until they first repair the sub flooring and electrical. The property management company refuses to provide contact information for the association's board members. By law, this should be public information. Upon further search of the association members contact info, another owner found the association in bad standing with the state corporation commission since 2012. Atlantic Community Management Corporation has been managing the building since 2010. It appears they never filed anything corporate related with the state, which is their responsibility. I recommend any owner of real estate to get a second opinion from another property management company before signing on with Atlantic Property Management. To date, my property sits damaged, due to no fault of my own. Here's a photo of the damage. UPDATE: 4 weeks later, still nothing. My unit still looks the same.

The WORST customer service. Their response along with the others posted below proves the company's utter lack of professionalism and terrible customer support. It truly speaks volumes about the way they handle customer service within their company. I called multiple times trying to get a straight answer about my account and they hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls. Now, they have decided to finally reply to me on an open forum and air personal information that honestly had nothing to do with my rating of the WORST customer service complaint. My rating was on your company's customer service, period. The payment situation could have been easily resolved if the customer service (or lack there of) did their job. Multiple attempts were made to fix the error in payment with no success due to this company's ineptitude and complete failure to work with the customer. Clearly, after reading the comment section, I am not the first customer that you have shown a lack of respect for. I will be reporting Atlantic Community Management Corporation to the Better Business Bureau. For the record NOTHING was \discussed\ considering I was put on hold or hung up on. Zero stars would be the appropriate rating.

Eva is polite, professional, and just a genuinely nice person to deal with. She got back to me on all my questions very quickly and did everything she could to help me resolve my issues. She took a potentially heated situation and was able to find a resolution. When dealing with HOAs everyone assumes that they are going to have to deal with uncaring paper pushers with attitude. Eva was a breath of fresh air!
