This so-called business should not exist. From the physical land survey itself, to an incomplete survey that is still yet to be seen and absolute disgraceful customer service to boot, the whole ordeal has been one epic fail. For some time, I actually wondered if it was a test and some TV special crew would contact me with cameras and comedic reaction. This so-called survey business is ran by someone who has no concept of time, customer relations, any sort of work ethic or anything professional for that matter. Aside from a botched, all day survey of a rectangular, residential lot; my building team nor I have yet to receive anything that resembles a land survey product. I have builders and the City of Virginia Beach waiting on this survey. When I have called to check the status (after three weeks), he rudley said, “I’m heading out of State for a long weekend and will get to it when I get back”- click. I have called since and have not got an answer or a product. At this point, I am not sure I would get my money back and/or if this individual would even show up to court if that’s where it ended. I am sad to leave a small business this type of feedback, but want to warn everybody looking for a land survey to run far, far away from this business. Very sad...
