Just my experience. Crashed my Spark and went to DJI website. It would fly, just hop and act as if it was confused.I assumed a sensor was bad, but idk. It had a few scratches on the X frame and top. Dominion Drones was the closest to me so I emailed them. They sent me instructions to ship it to them. The website said \We return most repairs within 2 weeks or less. We guarantee you a timely and convenient repair\. Well not so much. I sent it in and quickly got a response that it was going need an X frame, front and bottom sensor to the tune of 275.00. What can you do especially if you don't know how to fix drones? I quickly paid the bill, not happy about it, but I did. As soon as I paid it I got an email stating one part would have to be ordered and it will take 2 weeks. No big issue, but after I stewed on it a few days I simply asked the to at least return every broken part that they replaced. Two weeks passed and I asked for an update. They said it was fixed and they would ship it on Monday. 8 days later I began to wonder where my drone was and why hadn't I gotten any shipping info. The next day I got an email stating they had forgotten to ship it and would do so soon. The next day I finally got some shipping info. It did arrive. It still had the same scratches as it did when it left me. Of course no broken parts were in the box. One would think that if the X frame was actually replaced, it would be different. I will say it is fixed, but I feel like I may have paid for some things that never got done to it.
PAUL IS THE MAN! I’ve gotten all of my equipment from here and he always leads me in the Right direction. He takes on most of the work load on the front end but makes sure everyone is taken care of! Can’t wait for our partnership to be more established!
I recently crashed my Mavic Pro Plat. I thought it was destroyed. Tried fixing things on my own and still no luck. I researched and found this Official repair center. They diagnosed an repaired my drone. They replaced body parts that were also damaged. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. They were very responsive and listened to my particular issues I was experiencing. I recommend this shop for repairs. I \t am a technical person by trade and pleased with my overall experience and there timely repair. I am back in the air!! Thanks!
Excellent and quick repair. I brought in my Mavic Pro Platinum for a broken arm. Easy to find in the Pembroke Mall and repaired in a few days. I look forward to purchasing the Mavic Mini from this store when it’s officially released.
