I had a custom built 30x80x12 with two 10x10 roll up doors on one end, and an 8x8 on the other end late last year in Florida zip 32164. Debbie my sales coordinator was great, the crew that arrived and erected my building did a fantastic job. I caught a sale on my building and was very pleased with the final cost.

I spoke with One Person named Henry and Christian those two guys are the worst both off them keep promising and saying you will get it not knowing my oder was in about two months plus and keep getting the run round, And Today I spoke to a female manager and she was very rude to me about everything why those people working there with alot BS.

Waiting 5 months. Yes weather has been an issue but communication would help. They don't really listen to me about conditions. I tell them we are ready. Then they schedule installation 10 days later when it's raining for a week. It took 3 months before telling me they were ready to schedule installation. NOW I'm waiting for them to come today as they said they would, I called and they are closed. Will they show? Who knows. The contract says you can't cancel. I paid 15% down in October and still no building. I spent 5000.00 on a pad. They showed up once and my ground was not level enough. After the first crew couldn't get on the property they said the the dirt pad looked good. So frustrated. I paid for the concrete pad.

Why can't I go to the website and price a garage without having to talk with someone...I just want to compare prices, specs, and features. Very frustrating
