I'm new to the area from Richmond, so I was looking for a place that was as good as my old spot (rva has great pho spots). Run don't walk to this place!! I think I might like it better than my pho place in Richmond. I got it to go- they gave me plenty of broth & it was so phenomenal! A small wait but worth every penny

Had an AMAZING first experience here. The service is the absolutey the best. I went when it was pretty busy and they clearly looked short handed and even through the wait, the guy-manager/owner was great! On top of the service the food was excellent. The Pho and Fried Rice were flavored well and fresh. I highly recommend this Vietnamese spot.
Comfort food in a no nonsense setting If you haven't been to Saigon 1, go! Go now!! The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. First trip we stuck to basics and ordered pho and bahn mi. The broth was flavorful with perfect balance. The bahn mi was moist and crunchy and a lovely blend of salty & sweet. We were so impressed we went back the next day for lunch and opted for the ginger glazed salmon as well as a rice platter with pork, beef, and shrimp. The pork spring roll was great. Everything was absolutely scrumptious! Midway through the meal the owner brought over a couple of steaming bowls of pho broth that hit the spot and was a very nice added bonus - caring and thoughtful. The restaurant is very clean with charming details. Get in there and experience it for yourself!
The best in south side. This owner used to located on New Town road. It took 30 minutes from our home but don't mind the driving when my wife wants real Pho.
Very Friendly place and People. Food was excellent, you must try the Thai Tea.
