I made an offer to this broker, and received a verbal acceptance. He kept asking for different info and different closing dates for two and half weeks, while he shopped my offer to other buyers. He eventually told us he found another buyer and we lost out on this boat and another one that went under contract. I would refrain from working with this man and if you do, don’t let him string you along. Put an acceptance date. If he responds with a verbal and no signature then he’s certainly looking for a quick counteroffer.

This guy is nothing but a joke, he lies, it takes days to hear back from him, he's a scam artists and out for himself not for the buyers or sellers, he has no knowledge about any boat that he has listed. We have been following this company for some time now and he is now under investigation by the BBB. Good luck.
He kept our deposit for 6 months after frequent requests for its return. We had told him we were not interested in the boat we sea trialed since it had a serious problem with the after cooler while on sea trial and we had to limp back to the marina. We told him shortly after that we were no longer interested and to put the boat back on the market and return our deposit. When he did finally return some of it he arbitrarily kept 2700. According to our purchase and sale agreement this should have been returned. He is a scam artist and should not be in business. He is unprofessional, unethical and unkind. I warn anyone to not do business with him or do it at their own risk.
Buy beware. I got involved in purchasing a boat that was listed on his website. He wouldn't tell me the location of the boat until I paid the deposit first. I later was able to speak to the owner of the boat. This broker listed the boat against the wishes of the owner and acted as the broker. He then later referred me to a finance company for a boat loan. I did my due diligence and shopped around. I found a much better rate with another company. He then called the new company and tried to find out my finance information (rates, etc.). My finance company told me this and couldn't believe it. DO NOT BUY ANY BOAT THAT INVOLVES THIS COMPANY. There are too many boats out there. Just walk from it and find another one.
My husband & I would never go to anyone else to buy our next boat, I purchase a boat a few years ago and was extremely happy with the boat and service I received. When I needed to sell the boat before getting married Sea Da Yachts, walked me through the whole process, both salesman & staff were very polite and helpful, the sale went very smoothly. I highly recommend them
