The rooms have improved tremendously the past few weeks. Seems like the NEW Housekeeping Staff actually knows what they are doing. The parking lot is not littered with trash and ciggerettes anymore and the towels and linen are clean and smell fresh. For a 2 star hotel, the rooms actually look more like a 4 star hotel.

We’ve stayed here more than 5 times in the past and it was good. This time, they overcharged me for my room, burn hole in the comforter, coffee pot & bathroom were not cleaned at all. I asked to be moved to a different room or a refund and they can’t. The lady at the desk gave me attitude. This place is a dump. What happened ? We’ve never had a bad experience here before until this. I would not recommend, don’t waste your money.
Me & my husband decided to stay here while on our trip to Virginia Beach & we really liked it! The location is amazing due to it being about 5 minute walk from the beach! Our room was really clean, no bugs of any sort were found, & everything was clean. No noisy people next to us. Nothing sketchy at all. Would definitely recommend if you want something close to the beach & that won’t break your wallet!
Rooms were filthy and musty smoke smelling. Pretty sure the just changed bedding and put “clean” towels in the room and that was all. \u200d️
Really clean rooms could smell the bleach in the bathrooms, housekeepers were very nice and efficient
Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! If you want to catch something this is the place for your! Once we got our room keys and walked into the room, it was so gross and not even cleaned before they decided to book it to us!!!!!!!!!!! When mentioned they said they would take care of it and they didn't. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my someone I can't stand. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PUT YOUR HEALTH IN DANGER BY STAYING HERE!!!
GREAT location. Great stay. Our room was clean at check in. Super nice staff, observed them cleaning the entire time so I’m honestly surprised at the negative reviews. The pool was closed but we called before booking so that wasn’t a surprise. I noted in booking details that I’d like a top floor room, which was also provided. This absolutely isn’t a 5 star hotel, it has a city vibe for sure but personally I’d stay again!
Decent place to stay just to sleep and shower. Excellent hot water even being the third to take a shower. You have to request towels or whatever throughout your stay as they do not provide housekeeping until you check out. Very close to the beach, the boardwalk and most things within walking distance which was great. Booking.com said we could check in at 10 am which we requested to see if the room was ready, but that was incorrect which was a disappointing start. Check in is at 3 pm, but they said we could check in at 1. Stayed 3 nights on the holiday weekend. One night a group of guys in the next room were fighting and loud. The guy at the front desk was already on it when we asked and it was handled quickly. The room seemed clean, hot water and great location so overall I couldn't complain.
