Charged me for apt I didn't have. Charged wrong card. Therapist is great. Thrive employees great. Don't like having my bank charges an overdraft fee for something that shouldn't have happened.

There is a lot of confusion between the receptionist, intake personnel, and billing. I have had to constant emails threatening to charge me when I was referred in as active military. I have had at least two reps from Humana military call and assist and be told that hey, you are good. Nothing else to do on your end to get an email a few hours later saying I will be charged. Active military members are not to be charged because of the contract they have with the military. The stress of all the back and forth has nearly pushed me to the brink of a full mental break down.

The therapist are fine, the company is a joke. Fraudulent charges from them on my account and refusal to refund me the money they keep taking from me ! Getting the run around for 8 weeks. Billing will never get back to you, if you chose this company beware if you have any billing issues, you will never get then resolved !!

I am more then pleased with how caring Mr. Queen is. He has gone above and beyond, which shows his true compassion, and empathy to his clients. The whole family liked him and we look forward to having more sessions with Mr. Queen in the near future.
