I love this place! With the rotating chefs, there is always something new to enjoy. I went on their massive opening day as well as almost every day after to try their changing menu. Overall this is a fun and delicious vegan haven with a passionate, friendly crew. They even have a fitness class on Sunday mornings from 8-9AM! I will definitely be a regular here for the amazing food, people, and atmosphere.

I absolutely love this place! It's like stepping into Seattle but hey--you are in Plano! As we walked into the place, we felt welcomed. Service is outstanding, the decor is lovely, and the music is calming and chill. Ah yes, the food. Let's say that we are foodies, and at course, vegans. This place had the best burger in Texas; food is on the same level as LA ( West Hollywood, Santa Monica) area. I will definitely be back here--to get some more delicious food! Love it!

Awesome food and service. It's a cute little space and the rotating menu should make it easy to come back anytime.

I truly loved Viridescent Kitchen and made a point to support this business at least once a week. They’ve changed chefs and I think the flavor and quality of food reflects it. I recently ordered a waffle and sausage plate for Sunday brunch, and there was several pieces of something black and inedible in my waffle. When I reached out to the kitchen and sent them a photo of the mystery substance, they told me it was just, ‘burnt waffle in my batter’. That reaction was still unfortunate, and not quite the response I was looking for. I don’t want burnt anything in my food! They have definitely lost a loyal customer.

So refreshing to show up in Texas 7 years after leaving and find a 100% vegan restaurant near my hotel. I bought a few natural items while I waited for my dinner and had great conversation with the staff comparing vegan options in Spokane, WA to the Frisco area. The nachos were smoky and flavorful with perfect cheese sauce and just the right amount of heat! The shared kitchen concept is awesome with different chefs and a rotating menu. Definitely a concept more people need to get behind!

If they get your order wrong, don't expect them to do anything above and beyond... or even fair for that matter. We won't go back because of the customer service regarding not one but two errors made on their part. Also - my food went straight in the trash because I was too ticked to eat it. I can't wait for more vegan places to join the scene. Once it gets more competitive, only those with stellar customer service will last.
