I have had Hyundai's for over 13 years. I had previously gone to Visalia Hyundai and the manager at the time had a horrible front desk associate who would say things were done but not completed. Which was a lot of back and forth and a headache. I used to drive all the way to Selma to get my car worked on after that. Last week I took a chance due to not having time to drive to Selma. I'm happy I did, Carlos is amazing! He told me my car would take a week to fix but helped me out and turned it out in a day. Thank you Carlos you changed my opinion on Visalia Hyundai and I thank you for that.
