I was referred to Mitchell & Powell by a trusted adviser in Visalia. After meeting with Darin for 20 min, I immediately hired them to represent me in my ongoing WC claim. His knowledge of not only the Worker's Comp arena, but also his anatomy & physiology knowledge and ease of presentation made it a no-brainer. My experience with Mitchell & Powell has been nothing short of amazing. Mr. Powell, along with his staff, Myki, Olga, Erika (and all staff), have been great through this whole process. When you've never been through a Workman's Comp claim before, the process can be confusing and sometimes frustrating. This staff was always eager to help and to clear up any confusion I may have had.
