The grounds are nice, there Lighting is great, the maintenance staff is nice, and the gym and pool are average but clean. You have to keep up on pest control though. Our old management kept you on a list so your apartment was sprayed monthly. Under new management you have to ask EVERY time you want it sprayed or they won’t do it. They send out surveys and have a residents system where you can earn points for gift cards which is kind of nice. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves (the ones near me anyways lol). Overall it’s a good experience. Some things could be better but no where is perfect in my opinion.

Just moved in for about a month and I really enjoy the quiet location and amenities. Very clean place and great staff. I love the pool and gym convenience as well as the fact it's a gated community. Feels very safe.

My apartment is the perfect size for me. The community is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The people in the office are kind. The grounds are well cared for and when conditions are right I have a beautiful view of the mountains.
