NO stars. This shop owes me a big refund for items I first prototyped with the owner, sitting in the shop. I watched her sew the prototype right there in front of me. Then, we contracted for numerous items of that pattern. And I paid her in full. HER delivery date for me was in July. Two months later, I've received about HALF of the entire order! But somehow this is ALL my fault because I PAID HER IN FULL two days after she asked! Apparently 2 days "late" for me giving her a FULL payment somehow equals over two months late on the delivery of the full order. And of the 10 items I got, only 4 are in the prototype I saw her make. The rest are clearly a fast sew job and her own pattern, NOT what we agreed on, NOT what I paid for at all. And, all I have asked for is a refund. That's it. For what I didn't get and what wasn't made correctly. Is that what we do as professionals, as business people, as human beings...That's just the right things to do. And it has been an absolute nightmare, like nothing I have EVER experienced from a "professional" company. The worst part of this...she was my good friend. I gave her complete trust and a bunch of my money! This is how this person treated a FRIEND! I WOULD NEVER work with the person again.
