The doctor was great! She was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff is where I really had a negative experience, from choosing glasses to picking them up each person I interacted with was unpleasant. Not a great selection of frames either. Overall I may look elsewhere.

Went there a couple days ago for the first time. They were amazing. From the receptionist, to the gal that fitted me for glasses to the doctor.. loved the experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

I've gone a handful of times. Never with my kids, until today. I was super nervous having to bring them in. They were so friendly and totally okay with my kiddos being there. My husband was able to show up and take over watching them right before the appt. I had planned to get zenni glasses, but the lady informed me that my insurance covers a pair of glasses. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They were also able to check and see if a certain test would be covered by insurance for me.

I had the worst experience here. 1. I have been told that it is safe for me to drive even my pupils are dilated.. None of the technician or the doctor that seen me has give any precautions, or at least sunglasses that a clinic usually offer. I asked three times just because of my doubts to the staff. From the first time, I was already hesitant, because they seemed inexperienced. I can be ok if they treat me nice. But because of my questions I learnt that there was a process that it's not organize or done accordingly. I almost got into the accident after I had my eyes checked. I could of die on the road because of their failures. Be safe out there. Right now I am traumatized, I seek their help because I thought I can overcome my fear going to the clinic by going back there again, but talking to their staff about my concern, I felt like I am being pass to another person from another person. It's an awful experience.
