This place is good. Nice online system to book appointments and fill out paperwork, doctor was good, staff were friendly. What else do you want? Plus it’s in the mall so there’s that. Update: Know what's crazy? I didn't like my glasses because the lenses ended up being thicker than I expected. I went in and they said they would change them out and I only had to pay the difference in price. Pretty cool customer service right there.

Update 3/6/2018 two weeks ago I had meeting with the general manager about the service and glass. She ordered me new glass and corrected and addressed the issues I had and was very Apologetic for the glasses and service. In fact when I picked up my new glasses today there was a small issue with the lens and they already ordered new ones and gave me the pair. It truly seems the manager is working very hard to turn the store around. She alone has earned my repeated business for my eye care and glasses. Thank you for showing you truly care with the new service I received deserve a 5 star. As of 1/31/2018 They asked me to email them in there response to my review. Did so right away after I emailed them they still have not responded to my email or given me a phone call. Just goes to show there response seems to be automated and reflect on there customer serivce. 1/25/2018 First time customer last time customer, just left office after picking up my glasses. Worst service ever glasses set to low and they did not adjust my glasses had to do that my self when got in my car. They did not even offer a cleaning cloth or spray like other places give with new glasses. The took the manufacturers case and gave me one with there company name on it. Asked for the case they came with said they gave me new one. They offer No warranty at all. Wish I would have read reviews before going there leason learned to do my research.
I had great service from the staff and the doctor, who checked my eyes. I appreciate the precautions put in place during this pandemic as well. Looking forward to wearing my new glasses. Thank you.
The optometrist was phenomenal and explained in detail everything he saw and everything he did. The office took extraordinary steps to ensure the office was clean and free of potentially sick customers (although I’m sure you can’t know for sure if people are sick). Pricing is reasonable and there’s always a sale of some sort but I wasn’t thrilled by the final step which was finalizing the payment because you have no idea of what you’re being charged for prior to them asking you to swipe your card. There was no itemized list that the customers preview which is so ridiculous to me. That’s my only complaint though.
I was able to get an appointment the same day I call, everyone was helpful. The doctor explained everything I need to do because I had some other issues. It was quick I love my glasses and I can’t wait to get them.
