PT Came and showed an exercise. Then asked me to show what I can do. Set up next appointment. Stayed less then half hour again. Next appointment PT showed up late. Had called office to ask about "no show". When PT did show said I didn't need him. Didn't call to say he'd be late. He phoned later to ask when to schedule next appointment. Told him I didn't want him anymore, not very considerate. Didn't want to try another PT.

Very disappointed with the VNA. My mom has been waiting for PT for 17 days now after being discharged from hospital and being a max assist, completely unable to walk, and nobody calls. We've had to call several times and received the promise of "someone will be calling you". The VNA nurse shows up accordingly but that's it; and they never know their schedule ahead of time; they'll call you the day they THINK they're coming to give you the time. The hospital arranges this before discharge, so we'll be sure to insist on Willcare if we ever need in-home therapy!

The new people working there are the rudest self centered con den sending.... They do not care about your loved ones only themselves. Find s different place.

We had a visiting nurse (if you can call her that) named Doretha come into care for my son's wound, she didn't know how to do the bandage properly, she had an attitude with me on the phone and then told me that she come back the following day but instead called my son's doctors and tried to have him dropped as a patient so just giving a heads up if you deal with that association beware of her and any others from there

Great staff. They were very responsive, pre-emptive to my Mom's needs and I can't say enough positive things about the service. Thank you for your care.
