Do not buy. They will NOT pick up the phone and refund your money when you get a defective product. On top of that they deleted my review on their website indicating that there is no way to contact their support. So they have time to delete reviews they don't like but they don't care to actually refund customers that received a defective product. I've tried email and countless hours waiting on the support line during their business hours. Hope this saves someone else the headache and wallet ache of being stiffed their money.

Support non-existing for product with Warranty! They simply refused to honor the warranty for a brand new product which is still in warranty. Offered me to fix with half the price of the new speaker which itself is a manufacturer problem. Whoever bought their 9020 model has this issue but they refuse to fix or support. Escalation to their parent company also gone waste! Hopeless customer support for a US brand.

I may have to give up. Larry - in Florida - identified Mythos part I needed and initiated order. New Jersey office was closed, but they were to call for payment information, but did't Called Larry again, but no calls back, Tried to call Larry but gave up after an hour on hold. Reached Larry today, after 45 min wait, he transferred me to New Jersey, but they are not taking calls. Tried to call Larry back, but that number is not taking calls. I wonder just what is going on? I was optimistic, now it seems they cannot run the business.

Have a pair of bp9060 towers. Love the way they sound. Don't love the fact the sub amp has quit in both towers once, and in one of the towers twice. Reliability is major issue in their electronics. Buyer beware.

For the price you pay for DT products the customer experience is very poor. I would not purchase their brand yes they sound good but if you have any issues it's not worth it. They do not work the hours they say, and when you bring up the issue they threaten and tell you they won't assist anymore.
