Victor was our installation expert. He completed the job meticulously and cleaned up after himself as if he was never there. His completed workmanship was very detailed and clean. At the conclusion of the installation he provided a very patient thorough explanation and instruction of the water system and equipment. I feel confidant that I will be able to maintain the system and if I need assistance I know from my experience with Victor the support staff will be knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

I got this soft watering system from my home because I trusted Costco and they usually have the best products, but DO NOT get it. We had it for only about 2 years and it started to leak at the spout so we called them to come look at it and had to pay the service fee when they said the warranty is 10 years. The guy came out to fix the leak from the spout, but left a leak under the sink. First of all they said they would call before they were coming, but just showed up. Good thing I had someone home to let him in. He fixed the leak that was above the sink at the spout, but left a leak under the sink and we had left for a long weekend and found the leak when we got back. The water had leaked and soaked into out cabinets and they all have been ruined. We took photos and called them to come out to fix it and the guy came out again without a call prior to his visit to fix the leak and also took pictures. They still have not fixed the ruined cabinetry and still have not gotten back to me yet. I would not get their system because they have horrible service and have yet to call me back to get the sick fixed. STAY AWAY from them.
I got the Ecowater softener with carbon filter and under the sink RO systems just in time for the holiday special Costco rebate. The salesperson Brian listened to our requests and recommended the units that fit our needs. The whole process from ordering to installation went smoothly. The technicians showed up on time and got the units installed in no time. The units look sleek and have smartphone app monitoring capabilities There was some issues with setting up with the mobile apps, but it was solved quickly the next day when I called the help line. Great service! We love how the water feels and tastes now. No more bottle water.

Bought a house in November, after reviewing the water in Huntington Beach decided to have the whole house system installed. This was on top of my many upgrades to the place. I now enjoy the most amazing drinking water coming out of the faucet in the kitchen. Worked with Julie Riness, who was able to meet with me amidst the Covid-19 pandemic and schedule the installation the very next week. Julie is very efficient, explains everything well and makes sure you have all contacts in case you have to reach out with any questions. The installation was very smooth, all I had to do is to show where the plugs and plumbing clean out pipes were. I purchased the system using my Costco membership. The purchase came with a 1000.00 rebate and a year supply of \pure gentle\ cleaning products. I got a box delivered to my door. This is when most retailers had limited supply of cleaning products. The Costco rebate I used to purchase a new TV for my new home- another great purchase. I now have soft water in the entire house and drinking alkaline water in the kitchen. It tastes amazing! Julie suggested we add the line to the refrigerator, which I am so glad I did. Needless to say that I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Julie for your excellent customer service.
