Masood was an absolute life saver!!! We called upon Masood for his structural engineering investigating services. We needed him to check out the integrity of the rooftop of a house we were in escrow in in Pacific Beach. The rooftop had a very large hot tub that was questionable on whether it could sustain the weight of the tub. Since the sellers did not have documents to prove the plans could support the weight of the hot tub we needed Masood's expertise to investigate whether it was. He arrived on a Wednesday, gathered necessary information for calculating and explained results would be in by Monday. We explained to Masood the contentious situation between the sellers and us and that we would really appreciate if he could get it any earlier, ideally within a day or two. Masood worked with his team to provide the calculations to us within the same day. We were thrilled and thank goodness the calculations came back that the house could sustain the weight of the hot tub. All in all, working with Masood was such a breath of fresh air. He was extremely competant and friendly and hard-working. We cannot thank him enough for his help. He is the reason we were able to rest our heads on the pillow at night knowing our family is safe in our house.
