Good location, short drive from freeway exit. Customer service is great, as it always is at any Sally's I've been to. The shelves are a little empty, though I'm sure we can only blame the corona virus for the shortage of everything lately, but they still had the items I needed!

I've been calling for the past week it says open for curbside pickup but no one ever answers the phone. I call at different times all throughout the day. What's going on with sallys? Maybe they should hire more employees to answer phone orders!

Called and called and called for curbside pickup and never got an answer. Finally drove to the store to find a paper posted up staying they were no longer doing curbside pickup. Update your information to save people the trouble!

I went to go buy wax beads for waxing and turns out they did not have wax beads yet so I grab this pack of wax and ask if this is for waxing legs and the girl who worked there said yes of course it can be used for waxing. When I get home and try to wax it just started hardening and crumbling of my leg when I touched it crumbled of like candle wax so I look on their website to see what it is and how to use it wax some kind of hydrating wax stuff. So then I go back a couple of days to exchange or get my money back , but I threw away my receipt. So I told them that it was their fault and that I was given the wrong product and they still would not give me the full refund or exchange. The girl who worked obviously did not know the products. I expected more knowledge about the products from such a high rated store.
