Worst experience EVER...and it wasn’t even in person!!!! I’m all the way in Naples, FL (2 hours away) and over the phone, Mike, Allen, and Armando (the general manager) all did NOT know how to be respectful and accommodating to a recent college graduate of first-generation who had been READY to give money for a used 2020 Volkswagen Jetta SE in Blue. Armando refused to come down 1,500 to meet me in the middle especially AFTER people from Orlando who traveled 4-5 hours to Pompano Beach did not want this vehicle AND another price drop of 400 online was done without me getting notified about until finding out myself. This is what I was willing to pay 19,500 max with 10,000 down. What the heck is wrong with that?? They claim this vehicle is “2,000” under market value but that’s actually wrong since all they do is lower the car purchase but increase the dealer fees instead. In all honesty, Vista Volkswagen doesn’t put other things into consideration with transactions that are personal for so many people who are just getting established in this world. Instead, they only care about who has 2,000 more in their pockets and we all know what kind of person always has more money systemically and this example shows that people of color still get denied the things they want even though I have the money handy. Refusing my offer will be the ultimate burden for Vista because the longer this vehicle sits on Vista’s lot, the more %interest piles up every day for Vista until a person (like me) is interested in buying. Regardless, after reading this review, I’m hoping people are more cautious when buying their first vehicle or instead just visit another dealer. If this vehicle goes down to my desired price after this review, I’d love for Vista to make it up to me. If not, here ya go everyone!
