This is the place to go, if you are serious about getting into best shape possible. Coach Lee is extremely skilled in MMA and is one of the most passionate MMA practitioners and teachers I have come across. His classes are fun and the crowd is very friendly. You can learn boxing, Muay Thai , wrestling , do HIIT workouts for endurance and cardio. Limitless possibilities !
