I bought 3 tickets for Adam Lambert for my birthday 4/24/2020, covid hit pretty much cancelled everything. The concert was postponed til 10/23/2020, looking forward to this...then canceled again! I had to find my receipt for the concert thinking I bought them from ticket master, didn't & finally got in touch with vivid only to find out that they won't give me a refund because I didn't notify them within 7 days...but I was looking forward to the second date!now I just get credit...390.60 3 ticket & they will give me 429.66...do t you think its cheaper to give me 390.????

Elena B. was helpful with trying to assist me with a ADA parking pass for the Orange Bowl. While I’m not sure the parking pass we purchased will put me in a handicap parking spot, we hope it will put us close to the stadium to manage a wheelchair to the event.
