VLS has the best customer service of any compounding pharmacy I've worked with. They are helpful in determining best approaches, they are accommodating when needing something specific, and the shipments have always been quick and packaged/delivered perfect. Special shout out to Samantha who has put up with me in tremendous ways, and has helped me navigate hurdles anytime I needed the support!

Best family owned pharmacy I have ever experienced. Very friendly staff and owners. They will always work to find the most cost effective product for you. They never charge me if the prescription is less than a dollar. They appreciate their customers. Very well organized staff (minus the one girl who told me to call back in 20 minutes when i called to see if my prescription was ready). This is how businesses should be run. With the notion that if you make your customers feel comfortable they will keep coming back!
This is really the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. I never have to wonder about the origin or purity of the meds that I order from them. I trust them so much that my doctor calls in my prescription and I pay to have it shipped from there even though I live across the country. They are the best to work with and accept many insurance plans which is a great thing for me. If you live in Brooklyn you are fortunate to be able to do business with them.
An excellent compounding pharmacy, they know exactly what they're doing. This is a real deal pharmacy with a real deal pharmacist. I can see why they're always packed! Very knowledgeable!
I just love this place! My medication was on backorder so the pharmacy compounded it for me!! And instead of a tablet, they made it a delicious strawberry flavor liquid which was easy for me to consume. They were fast, worked with my insurance and counseled me on a supplement to take too. Would never go anywhere else for sure!
