I have heard great things about Voice Plus Communications for over a year and had the opportunity to change vendors recently and opted for Voice Plus. Within two days, I was thrilled with our decision. The onboarding process was thorough, communicative and Kirk was amazing with explaining things and availing himself. It has been a little over a month and we are still very happy with the transition. Last week, our old vendor tried to play some funny business and lock us into a buy out and charge us upwards of 4,000. The President of Voice Plus addressed my inquiry personally, talked me through the process and even made himself available to review my former contract to provide additional support. Thankfully, after pushing back with the advice I was given, the former vendor pulled away and retracted their request. I cannot say enough about Voice Plus and this business partnership. If you have an opportunity to use them, DO IT! Thanks to Voice Plus, Kirk and Rich! Bravo on running a business of integrity and communication!

If you're looking for a company to install a commercial phone system look no further! Rich and Josh are full of great information if you're looking to add a new multi phone system to your company. What I love about this team is the honest approach and ease of working with them. As a CEO, I have very little time to spend on our phone system. This team takes charge and gets the job done with little direction. Just a quick interview on our needs and they go to work. Best part about this organization is the after sale support. They are very good about returning emails and phone calls if you have a question or problem with the system! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
