Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our Texas wedding less than 3 month prior to our day! Through searching, I stumbled across Rustic Acres and instantly fell in love with the venue. We officially booked the venue in July 2020 and had our wedding on September 25, 2020. It was a very hectic time trying to line up new vendors in less than 3 months but Richard was so accommodating with any questions and offered his advice. Dana was our coordinator and reach out a few weeks prior to our day to go over the final details and make sure everything was in order. She was also there the day of and made sure everything went perfectly! I am SO happy our original wedding in Texas wasn't able to happen, because our wedding at Rustic Acres was PERFECT! The food was amazing! We still have guests telling us it was the best good they ever had at a wedding. Definitely recommend the Pittsburgh Station option! The perogies were amazing! If you are considering having a wedding here -- DO IT! I promise you won't regret it!! ️️️

From the minute my fiancé sat down and looked at the Rustic Acres we were blown away. It’s spectacular. The website and user interface were easy to navigate, the pictures were a dream. The day of our tour we arrived ten minutes early. The gates were open, so we pulled in, and her parents were already there. We looked around and didn’t notice anyone, so we called the number provided. Well, the receptionist who answered the phone was beyond rude and quite condescending to say the least. She asked what venue and indicated they managed several. We confirmed we were at Rustic Acres; the fence was open, and we had parked by the barn. She, the receptionist, got more frustrated and asked who we were to be meeting with. We gave the name and told her. She took my fiancées number and said she would call and have someone get in touch with us. In the meantime, we looked around the property. The pictures are incredible, and granted we are in December. From what we saw today we are having a difficult time imagining how weddings become a reality and how people can maneuver about the property easily. From a customer service standpoint our first impression based on the phone call was subpar. The grounds themselves make it unimaginable on how it is turned into anyone’s dream. As for us, we will be looking elsewhere and would strongly suggest against anyone who would ever ask us about Rustic Acres to stay clear. This is coming from somebody who was imagining putting a deposit down on Saturday. Oh, as for the phone call, it’s five days later and we still haven’t heard.

This Beautiful Setting made My Daughter's Wedding Magical. !!!! The attention to Detail in my opinion was TOP NOTCH. Everyone, had a Wonderful Time. Including My 80 year old Mother. All thanks to The golf cart. !!!! I Highly recommend RUSTIC ACRES To be a choice With out A Doubt
