BUYER BEWARE!!!! The absolute worst experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! My husband and I purchased a 2016 GMC Acadia from Morrie's on Monday 10/14/19. That weekend (10/18/19) we discovered a good amount of rust on the inside of the vehicle under the seats and under the steering column and on the floorboard. None of this was disclosed to us at any point. Monday morning the vehicle was taken back up to Morrie's because I was told that I had 7 days to return the vehicle if anything should happen. I specifically asked how long I had to return the vehicle and was told 7 days. I requested to get the paperwork started on returning the vehicle and the reason why and even had the manager out to look at the vehicle who said \they at no point have to disclose rust inside of any vehicle\, and that we could go and look at any 2016 model and it could have rust from just being up North and exposed to moisture. Needless to say they refused to take the vehicle back because we didn't purchase a 7 day \Buy Happy\ warranty. The car was taken to a competitor to be looked at and we were told that rust is all in the steering shaft and that it had been submerged under water at some point. Not only was this never disclosed to us, but the sheer disregard they had for selling this vehicle was despicable! We have contacted an attorney and the Department of Transportation. DO NOT BUY FROM MORRIES!!!!!!!!

Brandon F. and the rest of Morrie's Audi took care of the details over the phone. Basically just had to bring our trade in and sign papers. Very prompt and got us where we needed to be for payments. On the second vehicle we purchased that day, the team spent more than enough time finding us the perfect vehicle for my daughter. Great experience and look forward to returning for future vehicle needs.

Went to Morrie's Volkswagen La Crosse to look at new vehicles. After explaining to the representative what I needed in a car, he made a suggestion that turned out to be a perfect fit. Everyone was nice, courteous, and not pushy. They even let me bring my pup inside the dealership to hang out while we did paperwork.
