Was very impressed with the sales experience. Not your traditional dealership. Staffed was very helpful.

We had a great experience purchasing our first new vehicle with the help of Jameson at VW Menomonee Falls. Jameson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle options. Unlike other car dealerships in the area, the team was not pushy and felt like they truly had our best interest in mind. Will definitely be back for future vehicles!

Just bought a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta R-Line. Never owned a Volkswagen before, but the experience I had here was so easy and accommodating. Everyone worked as a team and really took my interests into account. Would highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership over the other ones I have visited.

I brought my GTI to this dealership for a clanking noise coming from the rear, passenger-side wheel well. I suspected the problem was that the brake dust shield had come loose. After poking at the shield with my finger a couple times, my suspicion of the loose shield was confirmed. I relayed this information to the service department, emphasizing that I would not need a diagnosis. I just wanted the part replaced. The original estimate to have this done was 150. An hour and 45 minutes after dropping the car off, the service department informed me that the part was not in stock, and the new estimate was 250. I declined this offer, as I can do this myself for cheaper. When I returned to pick the car up, I was presented with a 75 bill for having a technician confirm my suspicion. Not only was this service not worth 75 (as it took me 10 seconds and a dirty finger to come to the same conclusion), I did not ask for a diagnosis on the problem. Overall, a waste of time and money. I will not be returning to this dealership.
