This was a great experience! From the time I walked in the door until the moment I received my new vehicle. My salesperson was Zach S, who was amazing. He was very pleasant, informative and willing to make sure I received the best service. Then there was Jared who worked numbers and made sure I was in my price range I needed. Jared was very nice too! Chris was nice who told me lots of information and surely a pleasure to meet. My experience was THE BEST and I LOVE MY NEW SUV!

After nearly 3 months of investigating a purchase of ew to me\ car, I came upon a superb deal for a new car from VW of Streetsboro. I was afraid that it was going to be a bait and switch scenario, but it was the real deal! And, the sales staff are truly the real deal! Noah was first rate; the sales manager was excellent. The entire process was not painful or forced. It was welcoming and thorough. No problems here... one happy camper with a new VW Golf to zip around in! Strange to say but thanks for taking my money and making it worth it.
