Jocelyn was super helpful! I came in 30 mins before closing on a Friday and she still took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for. We were on a long distance trip and halfway through our Audi decided to be a troublemaker. It was a “your car won’t start again after you turn it off unless you get it in” kind of situation. We were towing a boat and had the car filled with kids. We showed up at 8am on a Saturday and Mike in the service department worked us in. Thanks to their quick service we were able to get back on the road. Everyone was extremely friendly as well!!!

One of the best experiences with a VW Service Team! Had a very pressing issue for my R32 track car as I was heading down from FTW to ATX and decided to call Waco(while on the road!) to see if they could fit me in. I knew it was a long shot, but I needed a steering wheel angle calibration after swapping out the wheel for an aftermarket. Was nervous given how modified the car is and me only having 1.5hrs to work with before I needed to be back on the road to make grid. Luckily for me, Gwendolyn answered the call and was amazing to work with! She coordinated everything and gave me confidence they could get working on it right away. They listened to what I needed, didn't try to oversell or push back given the highly modified nature and took care of me like a first class customer. If I didn't live so far away this would definitely be my go-to dealership from now on! Thanks so much to everyone that helped while I was there, was in and out in 45min(including unloading the car from the trailer!) and was able to make it to grid with plenty of time at H2R. Had an amazing day with no TC light and full AWD goodness.
