I previously bought two cares from Princeton Volkswagen and was very pleased to get my third vehicle from them earlier this month. The staff from start to finish was nothing short of amazing to work with. Even with the COVID-19 Pandemic I felt safe and the staff was there to help me every step of the way. Each person I worked with was beyond friendly and made me feel like they were working with my needs and wants to get the deal done. The salesman I worked with Alan was the best! I never felt rushed or pressured into making a deal and was just all around very pleasant to do business with. I have a feeling when this lease is up I will be returning for my fourth car from this dealer.

While the staff was friendly, the photos of the used car they advertised online did a really good job of hiding all the damage the SUV had. While that's normally not a big deal we travelled an hour out of our way with intentions of buying it until we saw the condition. They offered another 500 off before we left but its at least 1500 in body work, and it smelled of smoke.
