First time I went due to court referral the people there were nice and helpful. Second time I went was to change my community service location and the 20 something year old who looks like he just hit puberty was extremely rude. It was pretty early in the morning so I doubt he had to deal with other douche bags that would lead to his horrible attitude. I've done customer before so I knew how to talk to him. He wasn't necessarily rude to me but with the people coming in after me he was. It was a real power trip type of attitude, very uncalled for.
