Such a wonderful and easy experience leasing my new Volvo. Working with Chris and Jackie made everything seamless. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was shown how to us everything inside the car, which has never happened in the past at other dealers! This was my first vehicle from this dealership and I’ll definitely be back! It truly has a “family” feel rather than a corporate organization, which is a breath of fresh air!!

SOOO many wonderful things to say about my experience with Volvo Cars Manasquan. Have been visiting the service department for many years, (thank you Brian and your crew); always prompt, courteous and love getting a loaner for convenience. When I decided to turn in my XC60, I worked with Bill Massa to find the exact match in my next car. He was super responsive, and had more answers, than I had questions -- and that says a LOT! :) Always felt I was his long term customer, treated like family. I would like to say that this Volvo dealership has really elevated its appearance -- and more -- when the Fletcher Family stepped in a couple years ago. Its one thing to offer beautiful, functional and safe cars, but another level completely when the entire staff were dressed professionally. (Love the cuff links, Bill!) So welcoming, gracious...what more can I say? Except THANK YOU!! I love my new Volvo! \u003c3

I moved to the area not too long ago but so far I am happy to convert all my car needs over to this dealer form my old one. Whenever I am browsing cars (always volvo of course) online, the best looking ones always seem to be here! I noticed that for years even before I moved. I have limited experience with their service dept but I did stop by for help with a small adjustment. I knew exactly what I needed and they fixed it immediately after I called before I came in. They also mask up when in your car. I will certainly be coming here for bigger car needs in the future.

5 star service all around! The most accommodating dealer I have ever experienced! Highly recommend using Bill Massa as your sales person. Truly looks out for the customer and makes sure you leave as a happy customer! That’s what customer service is all about!!! Thank you for the great experience!! Buying my CPO S90 here turned into a nightmare. I am an out of state buyer and drove 2 hours to pick the car up. All seemed fine, until I got the car home and realized they had given me the wrong key..... rather than work with another dealer to get a key made for me... i had to drive 2 hours BACK to the dealer. The next week while having my car detailed bubbles in the paint were found, so, I called Volvo Manasquan, the used car manager offered me one of two solutions \a couple hundred bucks\ or a repaint of the hood if I brought the car to them. I agreed to the repaint and drove my car ALL THE WAY BACK only to be greeted by the rude manager who, upon examining the paint told me that half the cars out here are like this and that dirt and bubbles on the paint are normal since the car was repainted (this was unbeknownst to me as the carfax presented showed no repair or accident) - he claimed, despite promising to fix it that \all cars are sold cosmetically as is\ and that he would be doing nothing. Be cautious if shopping CPO here, the CPO checklist is clearly grazed over. I included some pictures of a few of the bubbles as well as the trim piece which they SUPERGLUED back to the door. As for their promise to disclose damage, it is blatantly false. After a 5 second inspection the manager, as well as the used car manager blamed repaired paint for the defects, however, they claimed NO PRIOR DAMAGE
