I was extremely interested in a specific car. I called and left 2 messages with the salesman. Starting on 2/2. Requested a call back both times. No call back. I sent 2 emails no response to my questions other than the car was in for detail and pictures would be available on 2/10. On my third email (2/9)I was informed the car sold the day before. I guess the moral of the story is to make sure you actually talk to someone if you want to buy a car from them.

Yes I clicked on 5 stars!!!! We never except to find a nice and new used car on the same day we have an appointment in the bay area. We decided to stopped by but we were concerned if dealers may will be same likes other staffs that I read at the most reviewers commented. Especially this Volvo Palo Alto dealers prove us wrong!!!! Staffs are very nice, patience, took their time to talk, show us the car, and etc. Yes!!!!!! They helped us so much and we were approved and bought car. They keep it for a few days to fixed before we come back to get the car and go home. 2 hours drive, worth it!!! By the way, it is Honda Pilot Lx 2010 is the one we bought it from Volvo. Thank you Lymnan, Sophee, John, and expect Tommy, the manager!!!! You guys are the best staffs/dealers we could trust!!!!! Thank you guys!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful; they showed us multiple models we were interested in and even gave us pricing sheets for vehicles bring delivered soon. They were also kind enough to give us some tips on using our current Volvo's features even more efficiently.

Cost over 826 to replace a defective part installed for 570 by my local mechanic. He was unavailable to replace the part, so refunded my payment. The dealership did a great job, but they are expensive.
