Elegant, clean, hotel manager and housekeeper are very nice! I stayed here for 2 weeks. No bugs of any kind! Nice towels. Saw deer & birds playing outside! Really comfortable, quiet and peaceful. It's a beautiful place!

Loved our stay here. Affordable, quiet and friendly management. Our window looked straight into the nearby woods and the bed was super comfy. If you're a fan of great water pressure in the shower, you'll find it here!

Highly Recommended !! This Hotel is Hidden Gem!! I enjoyed the stay overall. Very friendly and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was full and delicious. The room was clean, Comfortable, Spacious and satisfactory. it's been recently renovated and everything looks perfect and best thing is reasonable prices. Defiantly we will come back soon.

Really disappointed. No room service even though its listed on every site I've been on, and even though the signs in the dining room said that breakfast is limited, it gives NO indication that complimentary breakfast was completely off due to covid. To make things worse for me there was constant stomping in the rooms above, so i couldn't get sleep without earplugs. again, really disappointing. You should really do a better job at advertising your limitations or I would have skipped this hotel entirely and save myself 30 bucks a night.

None of the staff or guests were wearing face masks here. I doubt anything was sanitized here. I am pretty sure I got COVID 19 here. Would not recommend staying here.

Grand Vista is a great Hotel. Very clean with a convenient location for business travel. You can tell that the family that owns this hotel takes pride in their work. Some amenities have been put on hold for Covid-19 precautions, but only for the safety of staff and customers. We will return again soon. Thanks again Grand Vista.

We so enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful, clean hotel and the staff is amazing and super nice. One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Even with the Covid-19 scare, our stay was very safe and the staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Overall, satisfied with my stay. The ac worked fine and cooled my room within minutes. Staff was good. Was in for a birthday party for my friend who stays in rarity bay which is few minutes from them. This is a ideal place to stay around Tellico village rarity bay which is the housing area close to them.
