We loved our stay at the Mountain View Lodge! The home was beautiful, spacious, and CLEAN. We especially appreciate that VR 365 offers pet-friendly homes that are luxurious. The check in and out process was quick and easy, and staff was available to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home. We will definitely stay at more VR 365 properties!

Update 8/12/2020 thanks Derek for reply. The only credit we received was 85.00 for a pet deposit because we decided not bring a pet . I also failed to mention we were notified the day we checked in that the house would not be ready for additional hour. Really liked the Beach Haven House near Long Beach, Wa. House was very spacious with many amenities. Hot tub was large, garage had darts, ping pong and pop a shot which was a bonus! Great beach access and beautiful beach. Hot tub was close to the house with entry from the deck. 3 stars because of these reasons. Dirty floors and windows at arrival, looks like a poor vacuum was used. This is a large beautiful home, get a good vacuum! Stepping into hot tub from deck is sketchy because you are stepping into a seat location and not the tub entry step. Hot tub gate door hinge was dislocated away from post exposing large sharp screws. Beautiful washer and dryer, but dryer did not work, HUGE BUMMER being on the beach and having a hot tub and always needing clean towels. Master bed collapsed at one corner while climbing in.
The best cabin rental we have ever stayed in! The home was amazing, super clean, cozy and welcoming! The support staff was great, responded to our every need! Easy entry and exit- instructions all over - we really enjoyed our stay! We brought an elderly person and 4 children - we all enjoyed the entertainment room- even my 89-year old Mom! we are definitely booking again. Thank you!
This magnificent spot was above and beyond our expectations. The customer service was spot on, day and night, super fast and helpful in responding to our needs! The location of the house makes it very unique in every way overlooking both the spectacular mountains and the Cle Elum lake while providing full privacy. The amenities inside the house were way above our expectations! The beds were super comfy with dawn feather covers, the mattress and pillows were so clean&comfy as well. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The hot tub had a full view of the mountains, and when I posted videos of the hot tub view, people compared it to views from some accommodations in Switzerland! It rained when we were there and that made it even more magical as you could see the clouds passing by right before your eyes, very close to you and then a double rainbow showed up! The whole experience was super magical! Each bedroom had a nice spacious closet , lots of kitchen supplies, and even crock pots to cook in , plus an incredible cooking book! The fire pit overlooking the mountains was our perfect spot for drinking, laughter and having a wonderful time. We totally recommend this amazing spot. If you go in winter chain up those wheels :) Thank you VR 365 for creating such wonderful memories for all of us!
We had a great 3 night stay at Hawks Landing! The house was as nice as the photos and we loved the outdoor space overlooking the golf course and pond. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were utilized at night and put a relaxing end to each day. The paved biking and walking trail was just across the street and Dawson’s Park was only a short walk away. While we didn’t need it for our party size the house had ample space for large groups and our kids loved the bonus room with bunk beds. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had and I would highly recommend this rental!
