Worst experience with a fire company in my 24 year professional career. If they offered me free services for a year (even during Covid) I would refuse. See other reviews about time embellishments. They write down whatever they want. On site 3 hours, charge for 10. Service Manager to Office Manager, to billing. Unorganized, and after 4 visits and 8 months, finally switched to a different company who fixed problem within a day and laughed at VSC; saying “how could they not fix this exactly”? Maybe that’s how they make money in Covid times? The more you come back, the more you make. If I ran a hotel, apartment building, office, or any business (or residence), I would scroll past VSC as fast as possible. I just saved you a lot of wasted time and money.

We have been using Kevin McAdam for 10 years to meet our fire and alarm security needs. He is a member of VSC. He is honest and a hard worker. We appreciate all the hard work he has done for us at our commercial building.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Our tech, Earl, came to work at one of our commercial buildings in Clearwater. He kept us up to date with what he was doing along with keeping our tenants happy. I was so impressed with the service, I reached out to whom I believed was his manager to pass along this response. I deal with a lot of vendors and I am very happy with this one. They will definitely be on our go to list! Thanks again - Gain Management
Great service. Chris Pyat (sp) came out for a fire alarm inspection. We were short of time because he had the state inspector coming any day. He was very understanding to our deadlines and when he did find some issues, he spent the time making phone calls to get the issue resolved so we would have a clean inspection. He went the extra mile.
Beware of pricing. Ask before you even have someone come out. Had to have a panel serviced, they came and had someone inspect my alarm-he came, checked and wrote a report on what was wrong, was here maybe 40 minutes-charged me 3hrs of labor. About a week later a technician came out to take care of repairs for me, after maybe an hour (have video of him coming and leaving) gave me the same report (with just a few more details than inspector), no repairs done, and charged me for 4hrs of labor...Well, I got a statement for just under 900.00 total. No work done, panel still out of service, and when I called the company (spoke to 2 different people) they said that nothing with statement will change because the inspector had to come and check, and technician came out and \further diagnosed the problem\ If theyre takin 100/hr for that kinda work atleast an A/C technician actually does an honest job and takes care of the problem.
