Workplace violence is permitted and acceptable here, and when you report it, they fire you. Management is shamelessly using VOLT Temps as scapegoats to cover their own tenured employees production flaws and lack of supervision. Management also is careless as to business continuity disaster planning. If you are in this warehouse during a major earthquake, you are dooomed. Management has no intention of creating a safe workplace as the tenured employees (Gabby) get away with assault, the temps flow in & out in revolving door fashion and VSP Corporate is supportive of that unethical practice! Not a reputable organization in Olympia!
