Went to pick up an order placed earlier in the week for a pallet load of canning jars and was met by our sales associate, Krista. Annie of our Annie's Country Pantry, had contacted her enroute with an inquiry about another jar size that we were having a problem sourcing. Krista presented us with a couple of options that W B Bottle Supply Co Inc had in stock in their huge warehouse. And, she assured us that substantial orders that were already placed, would mean a comfortable cushion should we need more jars in the future. This resulted in an additional order for jars and lids. Mike, the hard working warehouse associate, was gracious and patient enough to pull the additional order, allowing us to forgo a return trip. Krista and Mike's \solutions\ approach to customer service, is the reason for the well deserved \5 star rating!
Quick Offload but negative side small lot for a 53 footer & a hiway cab
This not place for 53’ trailer just box truck but they unload fast If u delivering make sure u get there early before the parking lot fills up so u have whole space to swing around then back in door 1
