Very slow place. Got there at 1140am for 1200 pm appt. which they said was for 2pm. There was 4 trucks in line ahead of me. Now is 5 pm and I just got a door. Question: why you guys order that many trucks if you can't handle it??? Only one truck at a time. Also be careful when you're backing in. That dock is LOW you can scratch the roof on the trailer and nobody warns you about that. Better to release air from air springs... We should boycott that ugly company. They don't care if u are sitting there for all day.
