I completed the online LTC course through Bend of the River Training, and I had an excellent experience from top to bottom. I dealt with Ken Buckley, who was always friendly and responsive from the moment I sent my initial inquiry regarding their LTC course. I really appreciated how clearly everything was laid out, as well as what was expected of me. I found the LTC course itself to be informative and well put together. Both before and after the course, Ken initiated contact to be sure I understood what I needed to do, and to see if I had any questions. Amazing customer service! I also elected to complete my shooting proficiency through Bend of the River Training. And Ken was the instructor for this aspect as well. I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I met Ken in person. He was extraordinary friendly, and he went out of his way to help put me at ease and to ensure I had a good experience. He explained all aspects of how the proficiency test would be administered, and made certain I understood what was needed from me. After completing the test, Ken made it clear he was always available for any additional or follow-up questions. If you're looking to obtain your LTC, I recommend Bend of The River Training.
