Fridays is one of if not THE best place to eat int he Waco area. I used to eat here regularly when I lived in Waco and it's been several years since I was able to go back. Finally passing through I got to stop and relive the greatness of their food. Everything is phenomenal, the etouffee being my favorite. Their etouffee is the best I have ever had and stands alone at the top above all others. I would strongly recommend to anyone that likes to eat, to definitely stop by and enjoy the experience.

Huge selection of dinners. Honestly the BEST etouffee that I've ever had in my life and I've eaten it all over the South for the last 45 years. Perfect seasonings and great people make it truly a favorite place! We will be back every time we are in town.
